Updates for the American Grand Competition in Las Vegas, NV
To All Smokin Hot and Flamin Hot Family Members:
The tentative schedule for the American Grand Competition in Vegas was posted last night and I wanted to get the times out to you. I do not have times yet for Awards on Sunday. They have had them going throughout the day in a separate room in years past. I am estimating that are awards will be between 3 to 5PM on Sunday
Saturday Competition Times - Smokin Hot Competes at 3:05PM and Flamin Hot at 3:33PM.
Sunday Competition Times - Smokin Hot Competes between 11:52AM and 12:13PM and Flamin Hot Competes between 12:20 and 12:41PM.
Both teams have 4 teams they are competing against right now. The schedule can continue to change up until the night before the competition, but I will keep you posted if it does change at all. I will also have a schedule out to you shortly for the trip. Remember for Sunday's competition time it will be dependent on where we place on Saturday. If we are 1st we are last to go on Sunday in our division and if we are last we go 1st, etc. This is why we not have a specific time.
Admissions into the competition is:
1 day - $16 for students and senior citizens
$30 for adults
2 day - $20 for students and senior citizens
$35 for adults
Parking is free
American Grand Comp Hotel Information:

You will find the schedule for this weekend here, available for download. It was sent to you via e-mail as well. We will also give a copy to the team members tomorrow at practice and go through it with them. We will be staying at the Luxor this year. Remember the competition is at the MGM Grand in the Ballroom.
