All private lessons will now be scheduled with the front desk and payments will go through the front desk as well starting this Monday. If you have a specific coach you would like to request please let them know otherwise the staff will schedule the lesson with who has availability. We are hoping that this will help to make this process easier and more convenient for you. Remember you will sign up through the front desk and pay in CASH to the front desk as well for all private lessons from now on.

To All AZ Heat Competitive Family Members:
First of all, thank you to everyone that helped with the competition on Saturday. We had a lot of great feedback from the coaches that brought their teams and I appreciate all of you for your help and support. Secondly, I apologize for not getting the email out to you sooner, but I have been waiting on the schedule for this weekend. Lastly, we were excited to get the teams out on the floor this past Saturday. Although we had some missed stunts with some of our teams and timing; it was good to get them in front of a crowd. We are excited to go over critiques from the judges this past weekend and get them ready for this weekend and Vegas.
Information for the Week:
1. Flamin Hot and Smokin Hot - remember your travel forms are due this Tuesday. We need tohave these turned in for our competition this weekend in Vegas.

3. Some of you have inquired about doing a private tumbling lesson over the Christmas Break. Listed below are the times both Shapel and I will be available for lessons. Please email me if you are interested giving me preference on time. It is on a first come, first serve basis. Please denote if you have a request for coach as well.

10 to 10:30AM (same times as listed for the 22nd)

4. Mark the Date - We have rescheduled the Phoenix Suns Performance for Tuesday, Jan. 24th. Tickets are available and all information will be emailed to you after the Winter Break. We wanted to make sure that we got the new date out to you so that you can mark your calendar.
5. We have scheduled some time in the gym for any competitive team members that would like to come in and work on tumbling to do so. We have December 21st and December 28th from 9 to 10:30AM scheduled while we are off. There is no additional cost and this is optional. We wanted to make it available to anyone who would like to take advantage of this time. If you are planning on attending if you can email me to let me know though so that I can make sure we are staffed adequately I would greatly appreciate it.
6. This is the last week of practice for the teams as we prepare for Christmas Break. Practices will resume Tuesday, Jan. 3rd. We will be offering a few opportunities for the team members to come in over the break and work on their tumbling. I need to check availability with the gym and will get this information out to you at some point this
7. Smokin Hot and Flamin Hot will be picking secret santas this week for all of the teams. We will have the team members do encouraging notes for their secret santa on Thursday for practice, Saturday before the competition and a small gift for their secret santa on Sunday prior to competing.
8. So Hot will do a sock exchange with their team this Thursday if you can bring a wrapped pair of socks with your daughter.
