Level 1 Tumbling
Introduction to tumbling. This is for any student who has never tumbled before and wants to learn how.
Monday: 5 - 6 PM and 7 - 8 PM
Tuesday: 6 - 7 PM
Wednesday: 5 - 6 PM and 6 - 7 PM
Thursday: 6 - 7 PM and 7 - 8 PM
Friday: 5 - 6 PM
Saturday 10 - 11 AM and 12 - 1 PM
Level 2 Tumbling
This level utilizes drills that build skills, strengths, to develop back handsprings.
Monday: 5 - 6 PM; 6 - 7 PM; and 7 PM - 8 PM
Tuesday: 6 - 7 PM and 7 - 8 PM
Wednesday: 5 - 6 PM and 6 - 7 PM
Thursday: 6 - 7 PM and 7 - 8 PM
Friday: 5 - 6 PM and 6 - 7 PM
Saturday 10 - 11 AM and 12 - 1 PM
Level 3 Tumbling
For level 3 you must be able to perform a back handspring without a spot. Classes will work
series back handsprings, round off back handsprings, and back tucks.
Monday: 6 PM - 7 PM and 7 - 8 PM
Tuesday 7 PM - 8 PM
Wednesday: 5 PM - 6 PM and 7 - 8 PM
Thursday: 7 - 8 PM
Friday: 6 - 7 PM
Saturday 11 AM - 12 PM
Level 4 Tumbling
For level 4 you must be able to do a running round off back handspring layout without a spot.
Classes will work round off back handspring layouts.
Monday: 7 PM - 8 PM
Wednesday: 7 PM - 8 PM
Thursday: 7 - 8 PM
Saturday: 11 AM - 12 PM
Level 5 Tumbling
For level 5 you must be able to do a running round off back handspring layout without a spot.
Wednesday: 6 PM - 7 PM
Thursday 7 PM - 8 PM
Tumbling for children 8 and younger
Ages 3-8 works on the basis of tumbling levels 1 and 2
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:15 -6:00 PM and 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM
Cheer Training
Class focusing on motion technique, jumps, stunting, and basics of cheerleading.
Mondays from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Hip Hop Class
Learn fun and creative hip hop style dances
Wednesdays from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Ages 5 to 10) and 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Ages 11-18)
Flight School
We provide the bases - participants learn how to fly in stunts or improve already existing skills.
This class is limited to 6 students with the exception of the the “all levels” classes that will max out at 12 students. Please note that all levels classes will be split into two groups.
MONDAYS: (levels 1 - 3) 5 PM - 6 PM and (levels 4 - 5) 6 PM - 7 PM
TUESDAYS (all levels) 5 PM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 7 PM
WEDNESDAYS (levels 1 - 3) 5 PM - 6 PM and (levels 4 - 5) 6 PM - 7 PM
**PLEASE NOTE: This class will be split up into two groups on days that all levels are here.
There will be one stunt group that will work on the basics for levels 1 - 3 and work up to 1 legged stunts. The other group will work on 1 legged twist downs, double downs, etc. at levels 4/5.
FLEXIBILITY AND STRETCHING FOR ATLETES:
This class will focus on deep stretching and improving flexibility. Both active and passive stretching will be taught. Male and female athletes for ALL sports will benefit from this class.
MONDAYS: 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM, AND TUESDAYS: 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM
KIDS FIT CONDITIONING CLASS:
Please Note: This class is 2 days a week! DOES YOUR CHILD NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR SPORTS FITNESS SKILLS? THIS CLASS WILL CHALLENGE ALL LEVELS! THE FOCUS WILL BE ON CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS, MUSCULAR CONDITIONING, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY, POWER, BALANCE AND MORE.
MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
ADULT BOOT CAMP: Note: This class is 2 days a week!
Do you want to improve or maintain your current fitness? Our indoor /outdoor military style fitness program is just what you need. Boot Camps are the current fitness craze because of their benefits and ability for everyone and all fitness levels to get an awesome workout and improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, agility, power, balance, flexibility and more! Come ready for a great workout and a lot of fun!
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Competitive Teams
We have competitive teams of all levels and ages from age 3 to 18 years of age. All tryouts are held annually in the first part of May and thereafter by private tryout. Please call to set up a private tryout or e-mail us. Teams are set in July, and information per team is posted on the Teams page in the members section (a login is required for this section). If you are interested in our competitive teams please call or e-mail now.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
* All students will be evaluated during the first week of classes and will be moved if needed.
* Classes are set up on a month to month basis
* Classes may be cancelled if enrollment is low, substitute classes may be suggested.
* We ask that you keep a credit card on file. All cards will be charged the 1st week of each month
* If not continuing a 15 day written notice is required. You can e-mail your notice or drop it off at the front desk.
* Registration fee is an annual fee due on your anniversary every year.
* Any lapse in classes will result in paying and additional registration fee.
* Any regular scheduled classes can be made up by attending another class at the same level or a different class.

* All first time perspective class members may take a free trial class before signing up.

Each additional class add $25 per month
